Vighnesh Nathan is the founder and head coach of Reign MMA, bringing over 15 years of expertise in mixed martial arts (MMA) and  Jiu-Jitsu. He is a brown belt in Jiu Jitsu under Prof. Dominick Galluccio. Vighnesh has accumulated impressive achievements, including gold medals at the Bangkok Open and Asia Pacific Championship, as well as a bronze at ADCC Thailand. In addition, he founded the Indian Combat Sports Academy, establishing South India’s first MMA and Jiu Jitsu academy.

The CLA recognizes that athletes are individual learners, each responding to different constraints—whether it is physical, tactical, or environmental—thus allowing for personalized development. In Jiu-Jitsu, this means creating training scenarios that push athletes to adapt and problem-solve, fostering deeper learning and the transfer of skills to real-life situations. By altering constraints like time, space, or the nature of sparring partners, Vighnesh ensures that every session challenges his students to think creatively, adapt quickly, and improve their overall Jiu-Jitsu game.
